Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies



Dry Ingredients (Combine ingredients in a bowl)

1 cup oat flour (grind up oatmeal in blender)

¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats

½ tsp. baking soda & ½ tsp baking powder

1-2 Tbsp. Flax seeds, Hemp seeds or Chia seeds (or combine all) -optional

1 tsp. cinnamon

Wet Ingredients (Combine ingredients in a bowl)

1/3 cup non-dairy milk

1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

½ tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 banana

½  cup maple syrup 

Peanut butter- 2 Tbsp (optional)

Coconut (optional)



  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Add wet mixture to dry ingredients; stir to combine. Fold in ⅓ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough onto pan. 

  • Bake 25 min. or until golden brown.
